The fourth scale of George Russell's Lydian Chromatic Concept of Tonal Organization - the art and science of tonal gravity, in the descending order of close to distant relationship to the center of tonal gravity, the Lydian Tonic. This scale is brought into being from the self-organized unity of the Western Order of Tonal Gravity with the FLAT SEVENTH tone as the 10 Tone Order in the realm of SEMI-OUTGOING Tonal Level.
