The third scale of George Russell's Lydian Chromatic Concept of Tonal Organization - the art and science of tonal gravity, in the descending order of close to distant relationship to the center of tonal gravity, the Lydian Tonic. This scale is brought into being from the self-organized unity of the Western Order of Tonal Gravity with the FLAT THIRD tone as the 9 Tone Order in the realm of SEMI-INGOING Tonal Level. This scale, along with The Lydian Scale and The Lydian Augmented Scale comprise the Consonant Nucleus of the 12-tone Lydian Chromatic Scale.
